Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation and design approval. Production and dispatch timelines vary depending on the product and order quantity. Estimated delivery timelines shown on the website are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at checkout.

Thynkk Digital Print is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners but will assist customers with tracking and support.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before printing or production begins.

Once an order is under production or dispatched, cancellation is not possible due to the customized nature of print products.

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately by contacting our support team with the order ID.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.
