Return & Refund Policy

Thynkk Digital Print follows a strict no-return policy for customized and print-on-demand products.

Returns / Refunds Are Applicable Only If

• The product is damaged during transit

• There is a clear manufacturing defect

• The delivered product differs from the confirmed order

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Design mistakes approved by the customer

• Minor color variations

• Change of mind after order placement

• Delay caused by courier partners

Once approved, refunds will be processed within the standard banking timeline. In certain cases, a replacement may be issued instead of a refund.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
