Refund Policy

At Thynkk, we are committed to ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our customers with every purchase. We strive to address any concerns you may have and offer appropriate solutions as per the terms and conditions outlined below.

We regret to inform you that refunds for completed services are not provided. Returns that are not received by us will not be eligible for replacement. Please note that shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable Return Conditions

We will accept product returns for replacement under the following circumstances:

1. If the products you receive differ significantly from your order.

2. In the event of a faulty product, your order will be replaced or refunded. Claims for damaged items must be accompanied by photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. It is imperative to inspect your order promptly upon receipt and notify us of any damage within this timeframe. Claims made after 24 hours will not be processed.

If your return meets the criteria above, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To expedite the process of receiving the desired item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
